Delivery typically takes between 2 to 4 days for domestic orders (Israel, Jerusalem, and the West Bank).

If you miss your delivery, the package will be returned to Abdeen My Home. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, but the shipping costs will be your responsibility

The shipping agency will contact you by mobile phone a few hours before delivery to confirm the address

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Abdeen My Home will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will bear the cost of shipping.
