The MARBLE CLASS cookware is manufactured using a new aluminum casting technology that unites the body of the vessel and the outer surface into one extremely strong and durable unit. The dishes are manufactured in varying thicknesses, with a thick base and narrow edges, for ease of use and maximum heat efficiency. The MARBLE CLASS marble inner surface is a surface with excellent non-stick properties. It does not contain toxic chemicals and is part of the pot’s casting.
