1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Providers
We ship orders using Optimus. We currently offer shipping within Israel, Jerusalem, and the West Bank only. International shipping is not available.

Shipping Times

• Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are location-based:

• Israel: 70 Shekels
• Jerusalem: 20 Shekels
• West Bank: 30 Shekels

 

Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a phone call from the shipping agency a few hours before delivery to confirm your address.

Missed Delivery
If delivery is missed, the product will be returned to Abdeen My Home. We will contact you to confirm if you still want the product. If yes, you will need to pay the shipping cost again. If you choose to cancel after a missed delivery, the refund process will begin once you contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has not been delivered within 4 days, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone. Abdeen My Home is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Delayed Shipping
Delays due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Please contact us for updates.

2. Payment Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card (online)
• PayPal
• Cash on Delivery (paid directly to the shipping company)

 

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this window, orders will be processed for shipment.
• If you place an order of out-of-stock product, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed unless the product cannot be reordered, in which case the money will be refunded.

 

Refunds
Refunds are processed by contacting us via [email protected] or phone. Refund methods include:

• Store credit (immediate)
• Refund to the original payment method
• Cash (for cash-on-delivery orders)

 

Fees
There are no cancellation fees, except when a product was ordered despite being out of stock.

3. Return Policy

Return Period
Customers have 1 to 2 days from receipt to return items. Returns are only accepted if the product is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

 

Condition of Returned Items
All returns must be in original packaging and in the condition received. Opened packages for damaged or incorrect items are accepted but should be returned in the best possible condition.

Refund or Exchange
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers can choose:

• An exchange for the same or similar product
• A full refund
• Store credit

 

Return Shipping Fees

• If Abdeen My Home is at fault (defective, wrong product), we cover return shipping.
• If the customer initiates the return, the shipping fees are:
  • Israel: 70 Shekels
  • Jerusalem: 20 Shekels
  • West Bank: 30 Shekels

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Glass products
• Pillows
• Bedding
• Blankets
• Towels
• Throws
• Rugs and mats

 

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] or by phone before shipping back an item. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

• Store credit: immediate
• Cash or bank transfer refunds: up to 5 business days

Partial Refunds
If a product is missing parts or incomplete, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements will be discussed case by case.

Exchanges
Exchanges for different models or products can be requested by contacting us directly.

For services, cancellations can be made within 14 days of contract signing, provided the service has not commenced.

Refunds for cancellations under Israeli law will be processed within 7 business days.
