Welcome to Abdeen My Home! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read these policies carefully

 Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Providers
    We ship orders using Optimus. No international shipping is offered. Our shipping destinations are limited to Israel, Jerusalem, and the West Bank (Palestine).
  2. Shipping Destinations
    We offer shipping within Israel (including Jerusalem) and the West Bank (Palestine) only. International shipping is not available.
  3. Shipping Times
    Orders within Israel, Jerusalem, and Palestine typically take 2 to 4 business days for delivery. The handling time for processing and shipping an order is 1 to 2 days from receipt of the order.
  4. Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees are location-based:
  • Israel: 70 Shekels
  • Jerusalem: 20 Shekels
  • West Bank (Palestine): 30 Shekels
  1. Delivery Confirmation
    Since the shipment time is short, you will receive a phone call from the shipping agency a few hours before delivery to confirm your address.
  2. Missed Delivery
    If a delivery is missed, the product will be returned to Abdeen My Home. We will contact you to verify whether you still want the product. If so, you will need to bear the shipping costs again. If you choose to cancel the order after the missed delivery, the refund process will be initiated after contacting us.
  3. Lost or Stolen Packages
    If your package has not been delivered after four days, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone to verify the status of your order. Abdeen My Home is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
  4. Delayed Shipping
    In the event of delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may vary. Contact us for updates on delayed shipments.

Payment Cancellation Policy

  1. Payment Methods
    We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Cash on Delivery (payment is given directly to the shipping company)
  1. Cancellation Window
    You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After that, it will be processed for shipment.
  2. Confirmation of Cancellation
    For online payments, a confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully canceled. For cash payments, no notification will be provided.
  3. Refund Method
    Refunds must be agreed upon by contacting Abdeen My Home via phone or email at [email protected]. The refund can be processed as a store credit, refund to the original payment method, or via cash (for cash-on-delivery orders).
  4. Non-Cancellable Items
    If an ordered product is out of stock, it cannot be canceled once ordered.
  5. Fees
    No cancellation fees apply, unless the product was ordered despite being out of stock.

Return Policy

  1. Return Period
    Customers have 1 to 2 days from the time of receipt to return items. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. Condition of Returned Items
    All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. If the product is damaged or incorrect, the package may be opened, but we request that it be returned in the best possible condition.
  3. Refund or Exchange
    If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer the following options:
  • Exchange for the same or a similar product
  • Full refund
  • Store credit All options will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before proceeding.

    If the return is due to a defect or error by Abdeen My Home, we will cover the return shipping fees. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees:
  • Israel: 70 Shekels
  • Jerusalem: 20 Shekels
  • West Bank (Palestine): 30 Shekels
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Glass products
  • Pillows
  • Bedding
  • Blankets
  • Towels
  • Throws
  • Rugs and mats
  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, customers must contact Abdeen My Home before sending back the item, explaining the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
  2. Timeframe for Refunds
    Refunds will be processed based on the agreed method:
  • Store credit is provided immediately.
  • Cash or bank transfer refunds may take up to 5 business days.

    If an item arrives incomplete or missing parts, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacement shipments for missing products will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
